Refund Policy – Qwikett

Thank you for using Qwikett, your multi-vendor platform for Food, Grocery, eCommerce, Pharmacy, and Parcel delivery services. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

By placing an order on Qwikett, you agree to this Refund Policy.


1. General Refund Terms

Refunds are processed based on the type of service and the issue reported. All refund requests must be raised through the app or by contacting support within the specified time frame.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider).


2. Food Delivery Orders

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Missing items

  • Damaged or spoiled food

  • Order not delivered

Refunds are generally not applicable if:

  • The complaint is raised after a reasonable time from delivery

  • The issue is related to taste preference

  • The delivery was delayed due to circumstances beyond control (weather, traffic, etc.)

Partial refunds may be issued for missing or incorrect items.


3. Grocery & eCommerce Orders

Refunds or replacements may be provided if:

  • Product is damaged during delivery

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product is expired (if applicable)

Return requests must be made within 24–48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging (where applicable).


4. Pharmacy Orders

Due to safety and hygiene regulations, medicines and healthcare products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where:

  • Wrong item was delivered

  • Product is damaged

  • Product is expired

Valid proof (images) may be required.


5. Parcel Delivery Services

Refunds may be considered if:

  • Parcel was not delivered due to service failure

  • Parcel was lost while in transit

Qwikett is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect address provided by the sender

  • Restricted or prohibited items sent in violation of policy

Compensation, if applicable, may be limited to the declared parcel value.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before vendor confirmation without charges.

  • Once the vendor has accepted the order, cancellation may not be possible or cancellation charges may apply.

  • Pharmacy and prepared food orders usually cannot be canceled once processing has begun.


7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be credited to:

  • Original payment method, or

  • Qwikett wallet (if applicable)

Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
